2′3′-cGAMP is a potent STING activator that binds to STING with Kd of 1.61 uM.
The Kd of 2′3′-cGAMP is ~300 fold lower than those of c-di-GMP, 3′2′-cGAMP and 3′3′-cGAMP, and ~75 fold lower than that of 2′2′-cGAMP。
2′3′-cGAMP a potent inducer of IFNβ in cells (EC50 ~ 20 nM).
