AAL993 (ZK260253) dose-dependently inhibits tumor growth in nude mice bearing human prostate carcinoma (DU145) subcutaneous xenografts。
AAL993 (ZK260253) possesses dual functions: inhibition of VEGFR signaling and HIF-1alpha expression under the hypoxic condition, suppresses HIF-1alpha expression through ERK inhibition without affecting Akt phosphorylation.
