AC-264613 shows no activity at other PAR receptor subtypes and 30 other targets involved in nociception.
AC-264613 elicits robust and persistent thermal hyperalgesia and edema in vivo.
AC-264613 also decreases IRF5 expression and also significantly reduces p53 protein expression in macrophages.
