ALI6 (Fluspirilene) inhibits the binding of Aß to neurons, protects neurons from Aß-induced changes in the cofilin signaling pathway. ALI6 (Fluspirilene) also is a diphenylbutylpiperidine typical antipsychotic drug, used for the treatment of schizophrenia.
