ATG4B activator 16a can effectively inhibit the proliferation and migration of TNBC cells by suppressing MMP-2 mediated extracellular matrix degradation and reversing the EMT process.
ATG4B activator 16a induces autophagy to inhibit proliferation and migration in TNBC cells.
ATG4B activator 16a (5-20 mg/kg) induces autophagy to inhibit tumor growth and migration in the MDA-MB-231 xenograft model.
