Biological Activity
AX-0085 is a specific PD-L1 expression inhibitor, blocks the IFN-γ-induced activation of JAK2/STAT1 pathway and up-regulation of PD-L1.
AX-0085 inhibits IFN-γ-induced PD-L1 expression.
AX-0085 effectively reduces IFN-γ-induced phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT1.
AX-0085 reverses IFN-γ-induced inhibition of T cell activation.
AX-0085 enhances efficacy of anti-PD-1 antibody in vivo.
AX-0085 is highly specific in targeting the IFN-γ-pathway.
AX-0085 inhibits JAK2/STAT1 phosphorylation and STAT1 nuclear localization, thereby effectively blocking the IFN-γ-induced up-regulation of PD-L1 expression.
AX-0085 also is a small molecule AXL inhibitor, efficiently suppresses the AXL/GAS6 signaling pathway activation in TNBC cells in vitro.
