AZ12436092 shows no additional activities against a panel of >100 GPCR receptors, and very weak activity at the hERG channel (pIC50=4.5) and H binding (pKi=6.8).
AZ12436092 inhibits CCL-24 (eotaxin-2) induced shape-change of eosinophils in human blood (pA2=7.9).
AZ12436092 displays excellent selectivity over activity at hERG and outstanding pharmacokinetics in preclinical species.
