Adintrevimab (ADG20) is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the highly conserved epitope on the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of S (spike) protein of SARS-CoV-2.
Adintrevimab (ADG20) demonstrated an ability to potently neutralize SARS-CoV-2, including variants of concern, as well as a broad range of sarbecoviruses.
Adintrevimab (ADG20) exhibited broadly neutralizing the entire clade of SARS-like viruses from the sarbecovirus lineage, including diverse family members such as SARS-CoV-1, WIV1, SHC014 and SARS-CoV-2.
