Atractylenolide I (ATT-I, AT-I) is a sesquiterpene derived from the rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala within neuroprotective, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties, targets and binds proteasome 26S subunit non-ATPase 4 (PSMD4) with MST KD of 0.4 uM, enhances antigen presentation on tumor cells.
