BM001 (0.1-1 uM) effectively inhibits the synthesis of fos-GHRct in vitro translation experiments.
BM001 shows potential to inhibit GH-driven cancer growth and anti-cancer drug resistance.
BM001 (1-5 mg/kg) inhibited tumor growth on breast cancer growth in mice, reduced serum IGF1 levels with no effect on body weights.
