Biological Activity

BMS-595 (BMS595) is a novel potent, selective, ATP-competitive casein kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitor with IC50 of 1.3 nM (CKα).
BMS-595 displays >500-fold selectivity over Auraro B, GSK-3β, PDGFRβ, and no significant activity against CDK2 and Pim1.
BMS-595 inhibits the in vitro proliferation of human colorectal and lung cancer cell lines with an IC50 ranging from 10 nM to greater than 1 uM (EL4 cell IC50=0.208 uM).
BMS-595 demonstrates potent antitumor effects in combination with anti-CTLA4 antibody.
