BRD-73954 is the first potent, selective HDAC6/8 dual inhibitor with IC50s of 36/120 nM.
BRD-73954 show no significant inhibition for other HDAC isoforms (IC50>9 uM).
BRD-73954 robustly increase in α-tubulin acetylation, has no change in the acetylation state of H3 in Hela cells.
