Biological Activity

BT1137 (D4G) is a specific small molecule Shroom3-Rock interaction inhibitor, inhibits ROCK1 and ROCK2 nearly identically.
BT1137 (D4G) showed significant inhibition of profibrotic marker and cytokine transcripts in IMCD cells.
BT1137 (D4G) significantly inhibited 3T3 proliferation, with potent reduction in pMypt1 and reduced markers of Wnt-signaling by qPCR in WT-Sh3-IMCDs.
BT1137 (D4G) ameliorated TIF progression in Tubular-Specific WT-Sh3 overexpression mice.
