BTK-IN-23 is a highly potent and selective Btk inhibitor with IC50 of 3 nM; displays 5-fold and 77-fold selectivity over BMX and TEC, >300-fold selectivity over FGR, SRC and MELK; demonstrates potent inhibition of anti-IgE stimulated CD63 expression on basophils, with an EC50 of 257 nM; shows improved stability compared to GDC-0834.
