BTT-877 (BTT877) is a potent, selective and orally active inhibitor of autotaxin (ENPP2) with in vitro and ex vivo IC50 of 2.4 nM and 6.89 nM, respectively.
BTT-877 potently inhibits LPA-induced cell migtation, suppresses inflammation and sclerosis by reducing LPA production through the selective inhibition of autotaxin.
BTT-877 demonstrated in vivo anti-fibrotic efficacy in the mouse model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis.
