Bischof-5 exhibits 5-fold higher affinity towards CK1δ than to CK1ε (IC50=199 nM), demonstrates good selectivity against a panel of over 442 kinases.
Bischof-5 inhibits proliferation of tumor cell lines in a dose and cell line specific manner.
