CCT-031374 (CCT031374) is a selective β-catenin signaling inhibitor with IC50 of 6.1 uM.
CCT-031374 prevents BIO-induced accumulation of β-catenin, does not alter β-catenin levels but blocks transcription at the β-catenin level。
CCT-031374 also shows activity against endogenous LEF-1 mRNA levels in human neurogenic embryoid bodies (hNEBs) in which Wnt signaling had been induced by BIO.
