CCT031374 hydrobromide is a novel small-molecule Wnt signaling inhibitor that inhibits TCF-dependent transcription with IC50 of 6.1 uM in 7dF3 reporter assay.
CCT-031374 hydrobromide promotes β-catenin degradation and lowers β-catenin levels in mouse L-cells, blockes the growth of a number of cancer cell lines including SW480 colon cancer cells (IC50=13.2 uM).
CCT-031374 hydrobromide blocks free β-catenin levels in BIO-stimulated HEK293 cells.
