Biological Activity
CH7450924 hydrate is a highly potent and selective NRF2 activator, inhibits KEAP1-NRF2 interaction inhibitor, binds non-covalently to the NRF2 binding site of KEAP1.
CH7450924 increased the expression of NQO1 mRNA, a target gene of NRF2, in human kidney cell line 293 with EC50 of 2.5 nM.
CH7450924 significantly reduced IL-6 and IL-1β mRNA in both organs, as well as TNFα mRNA in the kidney, in MODS model induced by intraperitoneal LPS injection.
CH7450924 significantly reduced inflammation, prevented structural damage, and improved respiratory function in lung injury model induced by intratracheal LPS injection.
