CP681301 (1 uM) reduces stem cell markers CD133, OLIG2, and SOX2 and the cell proliferation marker Ki67 in GBM GSC cultures.
CP681301 reduces CDK5 activation, stem cell marker expression, and cell proliferation in mouse xenografts ex vivo.
