CRT0273750 (IOA-289) is a potent, seletive inhibitor of autotaxin with IC50 of 1 nM.
CRT0273750 (IOA-289) does not bind to the catalytic zinc region of ATX but binds to both the substrate pocket as well as to the LPA carrier channel thereby blocking both functions of ATX.
CRT0273750 modulates LPA levels in plasma and is suitable for in vivo studies.
