    Biological Activity

Calcium influx inducer 634 (Compound 634) is a small molecule enhancer of extracellular vesicle (EV) release with immunostimulatory potency via induction of Ca2+ influx, which is mediated by store-operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE).
Compound 634 induced Ca2+ influx in primary mBMDCs, and the increase of intracellular Ca2+ was comparable to that of ION (1 μM).
Compound 634 (10 uM) enhanced EV release in mBMDCs.
Compound 634 enhanced costimulatory molecule expression on mBMDC, 634-treated mBMDCs also had increased CD86 and CD80 expression.
Compound 634 is a Ca2+ influx inducer mediated by SOCE, EVs isolated from 634-treated mBMDCs induced T cell proliferation in the presence of antigenic peptides.
