Camrelizumab (HR 301210, INCSHR 1210, SHR 1210) is a humanised high-affinity IgG4-kappa monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), binds PD-1 at a high affinity of 3 nM and inhibits the binding interaction of PD-1 and PD-L1 with an IC50 of 0.70 nM.
