Chelerythrine chloride inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α level and NO production in LPS-induced murine peritoneal macrophages through selective inhibition of p38 MAPK and ERK1/2 activation.
Chelerythrine chloride triggers apoptosis via direct action on mitochondria.
