S656 suppresses expression of DDR genes and induces DNA lesions in OCI-AML5 cells.
S656 inhibits the kinase activity of CDK12-cyclin K in vitro (IC50=6.0 uM).
S656 efficiently induces an interaction between CDK12 and DDB1.
