    Biological Activity

    DA-143 is a potent, selective inhibitor of DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs) with IC50 of 2.5 nM.
    DA-143 displayed an IC50 for mTOR, PI3KΔ, and ATM at 280 nM, 106 nM and 6,594 nM respectively.
    DA-143 sensitizes cancer cells to doxorubicin, blocks phosphorylation of DNA-PKcs substrates.
    DA-143 prevents proper T cell activation, reduces T cell proliferation and IL2 cytokine production.
