Biological Activity

DC591017 is a novel potent PDE4 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.24 uM (PDE4D), highly selective for PDE4 vs PDE1, 2, 5-9, and PDE11 and exhibits at >4-fold selectivity over PDE3 and PDE10.
DC591017 shows significant inhibition on the TNF-α release in hPBMC with IC50 of 0.65 uM.
DC591017 (25 mg/kg once daily) shows significant effect on preventing LPS-induced acute inflammation and IMQ-induced psoriasis-like skin lesions in mice.
