DCZ0415 (DCZ-0415) is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting TRIP13 with Kd of 2.42 uM in SPR assay.
DCZ0415 inhibits the proliferation of multiple myeloma cell lines and induces apoptosis.
Using CCK-8 assay, the IC50 value of DCZ0415 was 1.0-10 μmol/L calculated by CalcuSyn in multiple myeloma cell lines.
DCZ0415 impaired DNA repair and inhibited NF-κB activity in multiple myeloma cells.
DCZ0415 in combination with melphalan or panobinostat functions synergistically to exert cytotoxicity. DCZ0415 demonstrates antitumorigenic effects in a xenograft model of multiple myeloma.
