Biological Activity

BCD38 is a small molecule inhibitor of RNA helicase DHX33, suppresses the helicase activity of DHX33 in vitro, induces similar effects as DHX33 knockdown.
BCD38 inhibits cell proliferation, cell survival, anchorage-independent growth and cell migration in lung cancer cell lines, A549 and H1299.
