DKM 2-93 does not non-specifically react with large numbers of protein targets.
DKM 2-93 impairs pancreatic cancer cell survival (EC50=90 uM, PaCa2) and in vivo tumor growth.
UBA5 is a novel pancreatic cancer therapeutic target.
