Biological Activity

DY-III-281 is a SARS-CoV-2 small-molecule entry inhibitor with IC50 of 0.62 uM and 0.44 uM for SARS-CoV-1-S and SARS-CoV-2-S pseudoviruses.
DY-III-281 is potent against the different VOCs Spikes (D614G, B.1.1.7, BA.4/5, XBB.1.5, BA.2.86, EG.5.1, HK.3, JN.1, KP.3.1.1, and XEC) or from SARS-CoV-1.
DY-III-281 promotes the RBD-up conformation.
DY-III-281 delays virus spread and decreases viral load in organs from SARS-CoV-2WA1-challenged mice.
