Dacetuzumab (SGN-40, huS2C6) is a humanized anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to and works against a molecule called a CD40 receptor. Dacetuzumab induces ADCC and ADCP via interaction with Fc receptors on T cells, NK cells, monocytes, and macrophages.
