    Biological Activity

    Durlobactam (ETX2514) is a broad-spectrum β-lactamase inhibitor with IC50 of 4, 14 and 190 nM for class A β-lactamase KPC-2, class AmpC and class D OXA-24, respectively.
    Durlobactam (ETX2514) potently inhibits clinically relevant class A, C and D β-lactamases and penicillin-binding proteins, resulting in intrinsic antibacterial activity against Enterobacteriaceae and restoration of β-lactam activity in a broad range of MDR Gram-negative pathogens.
    Combination of sulbactam and ETX2514 shows potent antibacterial activity, in vivo efficacy against MDR A. baumannii infections.
