Biological Activity
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 is a highly potent ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1, PC-1) inhibitor with IC50 of 14.68 nM, effectively activates the STING pathway in cell lines.
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 enhanced the phosphorylation of STING, TBK1, and IRF3 indicating robust activation of the STING signaling cascade.
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 potentiates the STING-mediated type I IFN response induced by cGAMP, thereby amplifying innate immunity.
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 activated cGAMP-mediated ISG expression in THP-1 cells.
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 increased antitumor efficacy of ICIs therapy in 4T1 syngeneic model.
