Biological Activity
FLLL11 is a curcumin analogue and STAT3 inhibitor, effectively inhibits STAT3, AKT, and HER2/neu pathways, inhibits STAT3 DNA binding and STAT3 transcriptional activity
FLLL11 inhibits cell viability in eight different breast and prostate cancer cell lines with IC50 of 0.3-5.7 uM.
FLLL11 inhibits AKT phosphorylation and downregulate the expression of HER2/neu.
FLLL11 inhibits phosphorylation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3).
FLLL11 inhibits cancer cell growth and migration.
FLLL11 effectively inhibit STAT3, AKT, and HER2/neu pathways.
