GL-V9 induces mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest in human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells.
GL-V9 significantly suppressed the expression and activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9.
GL-V9 ameliorates DSS-induced colitis against oxidative stress by up-regulating Trx-1 expression via activation of AMPK/FOXO3a pathway.
GL-V9 suppresses invasion and migration of human colorectal cancer cells by inhibiting PI3K/Akt and MMP-2/9 signaling.
