Biological Activity
GNTbm-38 is a selective class I HDAC inhibitor and epigenetic immunomodulator, significantly increases anti-tumoral responses of regorafenib in CT26 tumor model.
GNTbm-38 induces histone 3 acetylation accumulation in human colorectal adenocarcinoma SW48 cells.
GNTbm-38 shows average growth inhibition (GI50) value of 1.46 μM in NCI-60 human cancer cell lines.
GNTbm-38 exhibited excellent cell growth-inhibiting activity against CCRF-CEM, HCT 116, SW-620, TK-10, SF-539, and OVCAR-8, etc.
GNTbm-38 combined with regorafenib regimen possesses potent TME reprogramming activity to boost the tumor response rate in CT26 tumor-bearing mice.
