GRL-0617 (GRL0617) is a potent, noncovalent SARS-CoV papain-like protease (PLpro) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.6 uM, Ki of 0.49 uM.
GRL-0617 inhibits SARS-CoV viral replication in Vero E6 cells with EC50 of 14.5 uM, has no associated cytotoxicity and no inhibition for host DUBs (human deubiquitinating enzymes HAUSP, USP18, UCH-L1, UCH-L3).
