    GSK1104252A is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable GPR119 agonist with pEC50 of 7.3 in reporter assay with the human GPR119 receptor stably expressed in CHO-K1 6CRE-luciferase cells.
    GSK1104252A induces GLP-1 secretion in GluTag cells with a pEC50 of 7.7.
    GSK1104252A shows excellent pharmacokinetic properties and sufficient selectivity with in vivo in glucose homeostasis in the rodent.
