Biological Activity
HyT-S7 is a first-in-class hydrophobic tagging-based degrader of HBV core protein (HBC), exhibits potent inhibitory activity (EC50=0.46 uM, reduction of HBV DNA in HepAD38 cells) and degradation ability (DC50=3.02 uM), binds to HBC with SPR KD of 0.78 uM.
HyT-S7 degraded HBC through the autophagy pathway.
HyT-S7 exhibited remarkable degradation activity against 11 CpAMs-resistant mutant HBC (P25A, P25G, D29L, D29W, T33N, I105F, I105W, I105Y, T109A, V124W, and V124F).
