ICT12035 (AZ2158) is a potent, selective formylpeptide receptor-1 (FPR1) antagonist with IC50 of 30 nM in calcium mobilisation assays (100 nM fMLF).
ICT12035 is selective (> 100 fold versus FPR2), and non-cytotoxic (cell viability above 95 ± 5% at 100 uM).
ICT12035 reduces fMLF-induced increases in proliferation in in U87-MG cells, which is a more potent agonist of FPR1 than ANXA1.
ICT12035 modulates growth of U87-MG xenotransplanted tumour in mice.
