YPD-30 is an orally bioavailable prodrug for YPD-29B with significantly higher bioavailability than YPD-29B.
YPD-30 exhibits antitumor activity by inhibiting PD-L1 in vivo, significantly increased T cell infiltration by increasing CD3 and CD8 expression in hPD-L1 MC38 xenograft tumor tissue, markedly decreased hPD-L1 expression.
