Chemical Structure : Isolinderalactone
CAS No.: 957-66-4
Catalog No.: PC-26289Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
Isolinderalactone is a sesquiterpene compound derived from the Lindera aggregata root with significant anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects, inhibits TNF-α/STAT3 inflammatory pathways, dose-dependently suppresses IL-1β secretion through inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome activation with IC50 of 2.88 uM, alleviates atherosclerosis by inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome activation and inflammatory response in macrophages.

Isolinderalactone selectively blocked ASC oligomer formation and disrupted NLRP3 inflammasome complex assembly.
Isolinderalactone demonstrates to exhibit anticancer effects in A549 human non-small cell lung cancer cells.
Isolinderalactone may cause the cell cycle arrest of A549 cells by induction of p21, and induce apoptosis of A549 human non-small-cell lung carcinoma cells through the Fas/sFasL apoptotic system.
