Biological Activity

KSI-028 is a potent, specific STING inhibitor with IC50 of 0.652 uM in reporter assay in RAW264.7 cells.
KSI-028 markedly attenuated the activity induced by cGAMP or MSA-2 in a dose-dependent manner in ISRE reporter assay.
KSI-028 inhibited innate immune responses in a dose-dependent manner, effectively suppressed IFN-β production.
KSI-028 markedly reduced the phosphorylation of STING, TBK1, IRF3, and STAT1 following stimulation with either cGAMP or MSA-2.
KSI-028 (30 mg/kg) alleviated cisplatin-induced AKI in vivo.
