Biological Activity

L687 is a potent, specific TRPC3/C6/C7 activator, induces cellular antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) uptake, also induces dextran uptake and increases endocytosis.
L687 dose-dependently increased Ca2+ influx via TRPC3/C6/C7.
L687 does not activate TRP channel (TRPC1, C2, C4, C5, A1, V1 and M2) via overexpression in HEK297 cells.
L687 (0.03-30 uM) induces intracellular uptake of oligonucleotides in A549 cells
L687 inreases ASO uptake and activity in tumours of xenograft mice.
