Biological Activity

LUF6000 is a potent, selective, positive allosteric modulator (enhancer) of human A3 adenosine receptor, enhance Emax but without affecting agonist potency.
LUF6000 enhance sagonist efficacy in a functional assay by 45% and decreases dissociation rate similarly without influencing agonist potency.
LUF6000 is superior to that of DU124183.
