    M353-0039 is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of urea transporter UT-A2 with IC50 of 0.35 uM, shows no detective activity against UT-A3 or UT-B.
    M353-0039 exhibited no significant inhibition of UT-A1-mediated urea transport.
    M353-0039 exerts selective inhibitory effects on UT-A2 within the mouse kidney medulla.
    M353-0039 effectively blocks urea transport in HepG2 cells.
