MC2884 is a novel hybrid, dual HAT/EZH2 inhibitor with IC50 of 3.27, 8.35 and 4.56 uM for CBP, KAT5 and p300, respectively.
MC2884 induces caspase- and mitochondrial-dependent cancer-selective apoptosis on a variety of cancers, accompanied by ROS production.
MC2884 displays anticancer action in both hematological and solid cancer in vivo models, induces apoptosis in aggressive cancers and in primary leukemic blasts, also synergizes with BCL2 inhibitors.
