Biological Activity

MCB-22-174 is a novel small-molecule Piezo1 agonist with EC50 of 6.28 uM, effectively activates Piezo1 and initiates Ca2+ influx.
MCB-22-174 (5 uM) showed a significant rise of Runx2 mRNA level in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).
MCB-22-174 is a novel highly active agonist of Piezo1 could more effectively activate CaMKII/Erk signaling pathway than Yoda1 in vitro.
MCB‐22‐174 could significantly improve bone quality and MSC osteogenesis during HU in vivo.
