MN714 is a cell-premeable prodrug of MN551 containing a pivaloyloxymethyl (POM) and covalent inhibitor of E3 ligase suppressor of cytokine signaling 2 (SOCS2).
MN714 (1 uM and 10 uM) shows a dose-dependent increase in levels of SOCS2 modification.
MN714 (10 uM) shows a complete saturation of Cys111 with no detectable levels of unmodified Cys111 in K562 cells.
